There has been recent movement in the regulation world regarding Affirmative Action for federal contractors and subcontractors. Changes for both Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities have recently been sent to the Office of Management and Budget. These are the changes that the contractor community has been discussing the past few years.
If you are a federal contractor or subcontractor, it is probably time to think about the regulations again.

OMB has at least 60 days to review the regulations, and they may approve or reject them.
